We want you to love your Totally Turtles purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label if necessary.
